Message from Security and Infrastructure

 

Please note that updated signage has been added to the wooden bridge along Pine Shadow Court by Bridgeside Park to clarify and simplify the restrictions. The signage now states there is an 8,000 lbs. weight limit on the bridge. Residents driving a non-commercial passenger car, SUV or standard pick-up truck should be well under the weight limit. Box trucks, RVs, double axle enclosed trailers and construction vehicles should avoid the bridge. We will be levying a $500 fine for unauthorized traffic over the bridge. Please inform your commercial vendors and landscapers with large trailers of the community rules. Thank you.

Pickleball

This is an open invitation (not for those who think they are already on a team) for participants in the 50+ Lowcountry Pickleball League Mixed Doubles for Winter 2026. Play is expected to begin in January 2026 and run 9-10 weeks. If there is sufficient interest, a team or teams will be composed by lottery (except for captain/co-captains). Open Play Pickleball Schedule Update

 

Due to low attendance, Beginner Open Play for Pickleball will only be available on Tuesdays from 8:00 am until 11:00 am. The Thursday 8:00 am to 11:00 am block will be available for reservations.
