Community Updates

Fitness Central Renovations Continue

Crews continue to paint the group fitness rooms, cardio section, lobby, and offices at Fitness Central in the evenings. The facility will be closed daily from 7 p.m. until 4:30 a.m. through Wednesday, September 30, when work is expected to be complete. Thank you for your patience as we complete these exciting upgrades.

Pool Shoulder Season

Mornings may be cool, but afternoons are still warm, so it's the perfect time to enjoy our beautiful pools! The Lakeside pool will be heated to 80 degrees throughout October, our shoulder season. See you there!

Fall Compliance Inspections

The Architectural Review Board would like to remind members that Fall compliance inspections will begin on Monday, October 12. Inspections will be done from the road and by boat. Inspectors will be focusing on groundcover and the cleanliness of roofs. Members can prepare by ensuring their lawns are free from weeds, bare spots, are covered in mulch where appropriate, and their roofs have been power washed.

Wellness and Recreation Survey

The Wellness and Recreation Committee is still gathering feedback about your wellness and fitness goals to help guide future decisions around Wellness and Recreation at Hampton Lake.

Please take a moment to complete this quick 12-question survey. All responses are anonymous, and results will be reviewed by the Wellness and Recreation Committee. The survey will be open for responses until Thursday, October 1.

Osprey Nest Installations

The Grounds and Facilities Committee is working with the Facilities Maintenance team to install new Osprey nests and stands in the coming weeks. They have been coordinating with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources to identify the best spots for these nests and stands. This initiative is part of a strategic plan objective to develop ways to manage wildlife with an understanding of the legal requirements within the County, State, and Federal governments.
