COMMUNITY INFORMATION

The ARB is recommending several revisions to the Design Guidelines to close gaps we experienced since the release of the new Guidelines in June 2025. These changes were presented at the February 25, 2026 Board of Director’s meeting. We have now entered a 30 day review and Member feedback period. A “redline” version of the proposed changes may be found here.

 

By March 26, 2026, please submit all comments on these proposed changes to the ARB ([email protected]) for submission to and consideration by the Board of Directors at their April 9, 2026 meeting. (Please note, this is NOT a full scale revision of the document and the only changes the Board will be considering are to the sections with proposed edits.)

As discussed at the Board of Directors meeting on the 25th, please find the attached file of the proposed Board Resolution #7.

The recording of the Board of Directors meeting held on the 25th is now available for members to view. We encourage anyone who was unable to attend, or who would like to revisit the discussion, to take a few moments to watch and stay informed.
