Community Updates

Flatcreek Gate Access Upgrades

As part of our ongoing commitment to security and improving the efficiency of the gate access system, we will be installing new safety and exit gate loops underneath the asphalt of the exit lane at Flatcreek Gate on Sunday, July 19. This will require closing the exit lane.

The Flatcreek exit lane will be closed on Sunday, July 19 from approximately 6:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Every effort will be made to reopen the exit lane as soon as possible to minimize impact. In the meantime, please exit the community through the Hampton Lake Drive or South Gates.

New gate loops will also be installed on the entrance lanes of Flatcreek Gate the following week on Sunday, July 26, requiring us to close one lane at a time between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Members and guests can still use this entrance all day, though traffic patterns will shift throughout the day.

Gate loops, also known as vehicle presence detection loops, are buried beneath the pavement to detect vehicles and trigger gate arms to open and close. This work is being done as part of the larger gate access system upgrade happening in late August.

Please note that these new safety gate loops will change the timing of the gate opening and closing. Allow the gate to fully close behind the car ahead of you before proceeding. Only 1 car should go through the gate for each opening cycle. Do not tailgate.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we make the improvements necessary for a more efficient gate access system.

Breast Cancer Research Private Fundraiser

On Sunday, August 2, there will be a private fundraiser benefitting breast cancer research from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. at the Lazy River. The event is being hosted by two Hampton Lake members and was approved by management. Security, administration and pool attendants will be present to assist and ensure the area is cleared post event, and member impact will be limited. Event participants will be required to purchase ducks to race for event entry, and no spectators will be permitted. Lazy river use will resume as normal at 11 a.m. or sooner post event.

Sunday Brunch Buffet is Back!

After a great turnout last month, Sunday Brunch Buffet returns on Sunday, July 26! Reservations can be made on the Hampton Lake app or online. Click here to view the menu.

Fishing Reminder

To help maintain a healthy and balanced fish population in Hampton Lake, we'd like to remind everyone of our fishing guidelines.

Please harvest: Catfish and Bowfin

Please release: Carp (do not harvest)

These guidelines are outlined in Section 6.13.4 of the Hampton Lake Rules & Regulations and are an important part of preserving the lake's ecosystem for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you for doing your part to help protect and maintain the health of our lake!

Pool Rules Reminder

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please avoid horseplay, running, diving, profanity, disruptive behavior, and smoking in the pool, pool deck, and beach

areas.

Members can click here to review the updated Pool Rules or scan the QR code displayed at the poolside kiosks. We encourage everyone to review the guidelines to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Pool Check-In & Pool Card

To help ensure a smooth check-in process, please have your digital member card available on the Hampton Lake App on your phone and present it to the pool attendant upon arrival.

If you have not yet created your Hampton Lake account, please visit the Member Registration Page: Member Validation - Hampton Lake Community Association to do so. Then, after creating your account, download the Hampton Lake App on your phone.

If a family member who is visiting you needs a temporary pool card, please contact April Langill, Membership Relations Manager, at [email protected]. To allow adequate processing time, please submit requests at least two (2) business days in advance.

For pool card requests made on weekends, please contact Kayla White, Pool Manager, at [email protected] or visit the Wellness & Recreation Front Desk for assistance.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you at the pool!
