Proptia Member Drop-In Sessions
|
We continue to prepare our gate access and guest pass system transition from ADBi to Proptia. Optional member drop-in help sessions will be held on weekdays beginning Tuesday, September 8 through Friday, September 18, from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. in the Porch.
Members can continue to enter visitor gate pass requests through the ADBi Gate Access App for now or you can call or email the gatehouse directly at 843.836.7490 or [email protected]. We will communicate all changes to the process as we get closer to the transition.
Member RFID credentials will be transferred from ADBi to Proptia. Your current tag should continue to operate exactly the same. Every effort has been made to ensure the data transition is smooth but there is always a chance of glitches. If you experience any issues with your RFID tag, please notify the Tackle Box immediately so we can solve the problem.
Thank you for your patience as we work to make this transition as seamless as possible.

We invite all members to join us for a memorial service honoring the 25th rememberance of 9/11. John Hussey will be speaking, and we will observe a moment of silence for each tower. There will be a memorial table for anyone who would like to bring a photo of their loved ones lost during 9/11 and a gratitude table for all active and retired military personnel and frontline workers. If you have any questions, please reach out to Events Director, Linda Tappeto: [email protected].
