Hampton Lake Tomorrow: Participation Update
Hampton Lake: A Fresh Perspective with Adam Martin
June 12, 2025 – Participation Results
Following Adam Martin's presentation on June 12th, we asked small groups to engage in a conversation about what they valued most in our community and what advice they had for the leadership. (120 in attendance)
We recorded the small group summary reports and then transcribed them for review and analysis. We then used ChatGPT to identify key themes.
The comments in the 6.12.25 transcript reflect a community deeply rooted in shared values. The primary values consistently demonstrated across all eight groups include:

Repeated emphasis on protecting the
lake

Together, these values suggest Hampton Lake is not just a place to live, it's a shared investment in lifestyle, belonging, and legacy. The community is saying:
Let’s protect what we love, connect with intention, and lead with transparency and care.
As members of the Strategic Planning Committee, we’re grateful to everyone who participates in the strategic planning process. This is a shared conversation, and the more we collaborate, the more we shape the outcome.
